            Eating less salt does indeed lower blood pressure but it will increase heart disease. It’s importan not to rely on blood pressure alone, but rather to look at actual clinical events – heart attack, stroke, mortality.

            I have no idea about sodium diet can effect heart disease but after reading this article I know a little bit about it. I know something about sodium diet, it will increase thyroid risk if someone eat a low-sodium diet.
